​​Our aim is to offer support to smaller 501(C)3 non profits as well as those establishing a new non profit charity where funds may be limited. By being your guide and advocate, we are able to offer professional support and advice to provide you with the tools to address your needs on a modest, flat fee basis, or hourly, if requested.

-​We Offer Two Get Started Core Flat Fee Services as
well as Hourly Consulting-
Regardless of the Get Started program you select, we will provide you with a proposal to address your needs (known or, possibly, unknown) by our 4 Step Process-

We start off with a Video Introduction Meeting to touch base
After our meeting, we will ask you to complete our Confidential Assessment Questionnaire, allowing us to evaluate your needs
​
Once we receive your completed questionnaire , we will analyze your information and schedule a follow up video meeting to review our thoughts and suggestions and .....
​
Provide you with a roadmap to achieve your goals and needs.

We offer two Core Get Started Services -​​​​​

INTERNAL - This is our basic service which can be upgraded to our Hands On Support and Guidance Service at anytime. Under this plan, we will provide you with a list of professional non-profit support resources*,
specifically tailored to your needs for you to contact and manage directly.

HANDS ON - We will provide one on one support and guidance by being your liaison who will coordinate what you need and the resources* that can support these needs; acting as the conduit between the consultants you have selected and your organization.
1 month, Up to 10 Video/Telephone Meetings

3 Months, Up to 30 Video/Telephone Meetings

Good Old Fashion specialized Support and Guidance - For those specialized project that can range from trouble shooting operational issues to resource identification to short term temporary coverage of staff functions, I am there to help.

By the Hour, Depending on scope of project

$60 to $100/Hour
*Please note that, as per industry code of ethics, we do not accept referral fees from resources we send your way; nor do we provide fundraising advice and services with the exception of screening and interviewing potential fundraising resources.
